We are seeking a Guest Advocate (Cashier) to join our team on a flexible, on-demand schedule.
As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests and providing excellent customer service
- Helping guests find what they need and resolving issues
- Scanning and bagging guest items efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining a clean and clutter-free work area
- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods
