Description
As an HR Advisor Warehouse at Coolblue, you will work for the Warehouse, also known as the Pakketpark.
You will collaborate with 14 colleagues in the HR team, each with their own specialty. Your tasks will include:
- Providing suitable solutions in HR case studies
- Helping managers with team development
- Spotting opportunities and starting and guiding projects
- Analyzing HR data to identify concrete action points
- Improving managers' skills every day

Requirements:
- You have a HBO level of education
- You have at least 3 years of experience as an HR advisor
- You prefer prevention over solving problems
- You enjoy wearing your work shoes rather than sitting behind your computer
- You are result-oriented and entrepreneurial
