Senior projektledare med stort affärsfokus inom ny kärnkraft

We are seeking a senior project leader with a strong business focus to play a key role in the development of new nuclear power.

As a senior project leader, you will have a central role in our new nuclear power projects. You will lead projects and sub-projects from planning and implementation to follow-up, working closely with technical specialists, commercial functions, suppliers, and other collaboration partners.

Your main tasks will include:

• Leading and structuring complex projects or sub-projects
• Planning, following up, and ensuring progress towards agreed goals
• Creating good collaborations between internal and external stakeholders
• Contributing to contract strategies, procurement, and supplier dialogue
• Participating in negotiations and follow-up of supplier agreements
• Contributing to the development of working methods and experience feedback within the organization

Requirements:

• Relevant academic education or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience leading complex projects
• Experience with commercial and contract-related issues in projects
• Knowledge of Contract Management and interest in further developing skills in this area
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• B driver's license

Merit-based requirements:

• Experience in energy, nuclear power, process industry, industrial facilities, or infrastructure
• Experience with Contract Management, procurement, or commercial project management
• Familiarity with established contract forms and standards, such as AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09, FIDIC, or NEC
