Description
We are seeking a Project Governance Officer (PGO) to manage, develop, and monitor compliance with the project governance model within Business Area (BA) Generation.
As a PGO, you will participate in Vattenfall's joint work to manage Vattenfall Project Governance Principles. You will manage and develop the BA's project governance model in line with BA's strategies and goals, maintain a business unit network for experience exchange and learning in project governance, and provide training in the model.
You will also support business units in their local leadership system environment and conduct controls of compliance based on control procedures defined in the Generation Management System (GMS).
The assignment includes managing and developing documentation in GMS within the subject area Projects & Portfolio Management.
Requirements:
- Civil engineering degree or equivalent academic degree
- Long experience in project management
- Experience in project governance and work with project governance models
- Ability to manage and develop working methods and documentation
- Experience in conducting training and supporting operations in applying common working methods
