Description
As a Team Leader Warehouse Stores at Coolblue, you are responsible for the daily operations within the warehouse of your store. You ensure, together with your team, that the warehouse is well organised so that our customers can quickly pick up their products or packages.
Your tasks include:
- Preparing packages and products for customers with the team of warehouse employees and keeping the warehouse in order.
- Leading a team of warehouse employees.
- Sharing the results of your warehouse with your Store Manager and Warehouse Coordinator every month.
- Proactively suggesting and implementing process improvements.
- Being responsible for HR tasks such as evaluation cycles, absenteeism, and difficult conversations.

Requirements:
- Experience in retail/logistics.
- Leadership experience.
- Ability to coach and motivate colleagues.
- Working with numbers and translating data into insights and action points.
- Experience with HR tasks such as conducting interviews, absence due to illness, performance reviews, and functioning discussions.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language.
- Willingness to start early and work on weekends.
- A born multitasker who keeps an overview even when it's busy.
