As a salesperson in our Frankfurt store, you will be the face of Coolblue, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customers have a great shopping experience.
Your main tasks will include:
- Advising customers, asking questions, and listening carefully to turn their wishes into a joyful shopping experience
- Solving problems, remaining calm under pressure, and finding solutions that delight customers
- Providing top-notch service, making it a natural part of your daily work
- Being an ambassador for Coolblue, showcasing how much fun it is to work for the company

Requirements:
- Fluency in German
- Goal-oriented and solution-focused work style

- Proficiency in using computers and modern communication technology
