Description
As a Team Leader at Coolblue's Arnhem store, you will be actively involved in the daily operations of the store, providing excellent customer service and leading a team of colleagues.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing specialist product knowledge to customers and helping them find the right products
- Acting as a point of contact for colleagues on the shop floor, addressing problems and complex customer queries
- Training, coaching, and guiding colleagues to improve their performance
- Collaborating with the team to continuously improve the store and sharing ideas with the Store Manager
In return, you can expect:
- A salary between €2,891 and €3,091 per month (based on 40 hours)
- A monthly allowance of approximately €150 gross
