Description
Join the team at Porsche Centre Lower Bavaria/Plattling as a Spare Parts and Accessories Consultant.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing spare parts inventory, including ordering and stock control
- Selling spare parts and accessories, providing technical advice to customers
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Checking and storing incoming goods
- Preparing and providing parts for workshop operations
- Processing returns and complaints
- Implementing and adhering to Porsche standards and processes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A completed apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification in a technical field
- Experience as a parts service employee in the automotive trade
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Customer-focused and proactive approach
- Proficiency in MS Office
