Description
We are seeking an HR Service Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition Team at our headquarters in Graz. As an HR Service Specialist, you will be responsible for operational administrative and coordination tasks throughout the recruitment and entry process. You will ensure that job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, and other tasks are carried out reliably, structured, and service-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and publication of targeted job postings on internal and external platforms
- Coordinate job interviews, including scheduling appointments with candidates, managers, and interview partners
- Provide administrative support to candidates throughout the process
- Create contracts and manage offer processing for permanent staff, student interns, compulsory interns, and summer interns
- Support entry preparation for new employees, including document management, IT requirements, and onboarding checklists
- Maintain candidate data and support digital personnel file storage
- Assist with standardized reporting, research tasks, and process improvements in the TA context
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in the HR environment, ideally in recruiting or HR services
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (at least B2), good English language skills
- Secure handling of MS Office; experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and CMS is advantageous
- Enjoyment of a dynamic environment and the ability to react flexibly to changes and new requirements
- Careful, reliable, independent, and well-organized, with enthusiasm for collaboration with various contact partners
