Description
We are seeking a Healthcare Professional Relationship Manager to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals across Delhi. You will share clear, science-led information that supports better patient care. You will design and deliver a territory plan using customer insight and local needs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare partners in your territory.
- Develop and deliver a territory business plan informed by customer insight and local needs.
- Provide clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
- Record and report activities and outcomes accurately using company systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
- Continuously learn about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve your performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and commonly used local languages in Delhi.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Right to work in India.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales roles.
- Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals.
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and prioritise work.
- Fluency in Hindi and other local languages used across Delhi NCR.
- High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility.
