You will collaborate with various teams, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our industry, business, and products.
Job Overview Interact with potential clients via telephone and email to promote our suite of insurance products. Attend conferences to help build our brand awareness and business opportunities. Promote Howden's product range to prospective and lapsed clients. Enter and update customer information in our database. Book high-quality appointments for our executives to follow up. Educate prospects about who we are and the value we bring. Build a strong pipeline of leads. Compile meeting notes and file recordings.
Requirements Previous experience in retail, customer services, sales, or a call centre background is desirable. Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking to decision-makers. Resilience, motivation, and a positive attitude. Ability to persuade and influence others. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to build rapport.
Qualifications GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
