We're looking for an Insurance Claims Manager - Drought Specialty to join our team in Saint-Herblain on a temporary contract due to increased activity related to drought-related claims.
As a Claims Manager, you will:
- Contact insured parties to understand the circumstances of the claim and qualify the file
- Apply insurance conventions and management rules associated with the scope of the file being handled
- Analyse insurance documents, verify completeness, and follow up as needed
- Explain the treatment process and provide educational guidance
- Schedule expert interventions and coordinate internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Record actions in tools, respect processes, and contribute to a smooth customer journey
The ideal candidate will have:
- A first experience in administrative management, insurance, customer relations, or contact centre
- Good telephone and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Team spirit and adaptability
- Proficiency in common computer tools
Desirable skills include:
- Experience in insurance or claims management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Autonomy and attention to detail
- Ability to cooperate with internal teams
