Description
We are seeking a General Manager for Cecconi's Restaurant at Soho House Los Cabos, a vibrant membership club for creative professionals.
As Cecconi's General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional member and guest experiences, staff retention, and optimal profit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, driving exceptional service and experiences for members and guests.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Executive Chef, Director of Operations, and COO, to develop strategic business objectives and optimize performance.
- Assess business performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
- Ensure adherence to Soho House & Co company policies, including food safety, allergy procedures, and health and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve business operations, service, retention, and overall experience.
- Provide leadership for annual marketing plans and partnerships with other leaders within Membership, Marketing, Food & Drink, and Finance.
Requirements:
- At least 10+ years of experience managing high-volume Food and Beverage (F&B) or multi-unit operations.
- Strong understanding of local and government-regulated food safety, risk prevention, fire prevention, and emergency procedures.
- Proven leadership and influencing skills, with experience managing F&B operations focused on service and top-quality experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented, with strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
