As a Recruiter at CoolblueBezorgt, you will be responsible for finding and recruiting new talent for our delivery teams.
Your main tasks will include:
- Actively searching for candidates through various channels, such as traditional channels, talent pooling, and creative sourcing methods
- Conducting telephone interviews and intake sessions with candidates
- Guiding candidates through the application process and ensuring they have a positive experience
- Collaborating with team leaders and department managers to plan and optimize recruitment
- Analyzing recruitment data to improve your approach

Requirements:
- HBO level of education
- Proactive attitude
- Experience with organizing events or activities
- Good communication skills in Dutch
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
