Description
Join Hang Seng Bank Limited as an Assistant Manager, Investment and Insurance Business Development, Corporate Banking. You'll drive successful referral cases, support growth in investment and insurance products, and execute outbound calling and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve business targets by driving successful referral cases and supporting growth in investment and insurance products
- Reactivate Investment ETB and activate Investment NTB with clear conversion targets
- Execute segmented outbound calling using tailored call lists and client segments
- Deliver high-impact campaigns end-to-end
- Assist in promoting Centre penetration and China Nexus
- Manage assigned lead lists and maintain a structured pipeline
- Ensure regulatory requirements are fulfilled
Requirements:
- HKDSE/HKCEE or equivalent
- Good knowledge of investment products and strong technical competency
- Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registrations and passes all relevant papers of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination
- Strong self-motivation with good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- High level of customer centricity mindset
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
