We are seeking a commercially driven pharmaceutical industry professional to join our team as a Hospital Sales Specialist in Andalucia. As a Hospital Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our partners' market-leading biosimilar portfolio throughout Andalucia, establishing our biopharmaceutical client as a trusted partner in the biosimilars market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and driving commercial activities within your territory
- Building trusted and collaborative relationships with hospital pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and clinical stakeholders
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure decision-makers receive the information needed to support adoption and prescribing
- Gathering and reporting relevant insights on competitors, treatment practices, and hospital prescribing criteria
- Delivering sales targets and contributing to market share growth across the biosimilar portfolio
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, Public Health) or Business Administration, Health Economics, or equivalent
- Essential experience working with hospital pharmacists and pharmacy managers
- Prior expertise with biosimilars or biologic drugs would be preferred, but not essential
- Strong background in hospital-level negotiations
- Fluency in Spanish is essential; English language skills would be useful
- Valid driving licence
