We are seeking a Referendar or Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) to support our Corporate/M&A team in Luxembourg.
Our Corporate/M&A department, consisting of around 30 lawyers, advises international clients on some of the most complex transactions involving leading companies, financial investors, insurance companies, and financial institutions. In addition to IPOs and general corporate law, we focus particularly on private equity transactions and structuring.
The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate law/M&A and excellent English and French language skills. You will be assigned a mentor responsible for your training and supervision. You will typically share an office with a colleague, which will facilitate your familiarisation with the legal subject matter and team integration.
