Description
We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Referendare (m/w/d) in the Investment Funds department at our Frankfurt office.
As a Referendar, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting and challenging projects, including the structuring, setting up, and ongoing support of international investment funds, as well as advising institutional investors such as insurance companies on their global investments in funds.
Key areas of focus:
- Regulated open and closed-end funds
- Regulatory advice for asset management and distribution units, as well as institutional investors
- Transactions for institutional investors and M&A advice in the asset management sector
- Investments in tangible assets, classic financial instruments, securities, and loans

Requirements:
- Excellent academic achievements, particularly in law
