We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Referendare (m/w/d) in the Real Estate Law department at our Frankfurt office, starting in December 2026.
As a Referendar, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of real estate-related matters, including property purchases and sales, portfolio transactions, restructuring and insolvency scenarios, sale and leaseback transactions, and tenancy law advice.
Our team comprises experts from various fields, including tax, financing, capital markets law, investment funds, corporate law, and classical real estate law. You will be closely involved in exciting projects and mandates from day one and will receive targeted training and support, as well as individual guidance and opportunities for personal development.
In addition to your daily work on mandates, you will also have the chance to participate in our Colleagues of Tomorrow program, which offers workshops, networking events, and repetition courses.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent academic achievements, a good understanding of economic connections, and very good English language skills. You should also demonstrate personality, teamwork skills, and motivation.
