Description
TransPerfect Connect is seeking independent contractors to provide French-English customer support services for a global retail and e-commerce client.
Contractors will support customer interactions across phone and email channels, assisting with product inquiries, order-related questions, and post-purchase support.
Scope of Services
- Provide customer support through inbound phone and email interactions
- Assist customers with product-related inquiries, including fit, materials, fabric care, and general product knowledge
- Support order placement, tracking, returns, and general account inquiries
- Address customer concerns using a solution-oriented and professional approach
- Deliver a customer experience aligned with premium retail standards
- Document interactions in designated systems as required for service delivery
- Follow general service guidelines while adapting communication to meet individual customer needs
Work Structure
- Services are performed remotely
- Client support is primarily needed during operating hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Turkey Time
- Contractors indicate their availability within these hours and are offered work based on project needs and availability
- Work volume may vary and is not guaranteed
- Contractors may support up to full-time hours depending on business demand and individual availability
Ideal Profile
- Native or near-native fluency in French
- Strong professional-level English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience in customer service, call center support, or customer-facing roles
- Retail or e-commerce experience preferred
- Comfortable managing both phone and written customer interactions
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Quiet, private workspace suitable for voice interactions
- Laptop provided
