Description
Join Red Bull's HR team as an Area HRIS Specialist and help streamline HR processes. You'll provide expert technical support, troubleshoot HRIS issues, and ensure seamless operation of HR systems. Your goal will be to fuel innovation and give wings to every HR process.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting for HR teams
- Ensure data quality and accuracy across all HR master data modules
- Identify and drive process improvements for greater efficiency and user experience
- Participate in HRIS-related projects and provide technical expertise
- Deliver engaging training sessions for HR teams and new joiners
Requirements
- 3 years' experience working with HR information systems (e.g., SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Taleo)
- Strong English and German language skills
- Solid knowledge of HR processes
- Analytical mindset with a structured, results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- University or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Technology is beneficial
