Description
We are seeking an Associate Market Researcher to join our team. As an Associate Market Researcher, you will be responsible for continuously researching the latest trends in the IT, AI, and SaaS markets surrounding Salesforce, and supporting our market intelligence team.
Your main tasks will include:
- Collecting and reporting on domestic and international IT-related news and product announcements
- Gathering and reporting on event and conference information
- Updating internal dashboards and existing content
- Maintaining internal AI agents' knowledge
You will use AI tools such as Slackbot and Claude to improve research efficiency.
No prior specialized knowledge is required; you will start by assisting with information collection and existing content updates, and gradually take on more responsibilities.

- Collecting and reporting on domestic and international SaaS vendors, AI companies, and IT companies
- Gathering information from analyst reports by Gartner and IDC
- Identifying and sharing key topics related to Salesforce's business
- Improving research efficiency using AI tools

- Attending online webinars and product announcement events
- Participating in domestic IT, AI, and SaaS-related exhibitions and seminars
- Creating concise reports for internal stakeholders
社内データ・ダッシュボード・コンテンツの運用・更新サポート
- Regularly checking internal dashboards
- Supporting data preparation for team members' reports
- Updating and maintaining internal content
社内AIエージェントの運用・メンテナンス
- Testing and maintaining existing AI agents
- Adding new knowledge and content to AI agents
Requirements
- Basic Japanese business communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to plan tasks
- Interest in AI and new technologies
