Operational Excellence Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to join our Operational Excellence Center of Excellence (OECOE) within Engineering Services. As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of Operational Excellence management systems across the Aramco organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with OE teams to achieve overall operational excellence in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, policies, and regulations.
• Support OE internal assessments, write assessment reports, and develop action plans and recommendations.
• Conduct data analytics to identify issues and provide solutions to support OEMS proper deployment and sustained excellence performance.
• Participate in the identification of risks hindering OE active deployment and develop risk mitigation measures.
• Engage in OE performance dialogues and assist in the preparation and delivery of OE performance presentations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree in Business Administration
• Minimum 12 years' experience in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry or project management experience in quality management and operational excellence
• Operational excellence/quality management assessment international certification (e.g., EFQM, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification)
• Fluency in English (writing and oral)
