We're looking for an experienced leader to join our Global Recruitment Leadership Team in our San Francisco office as a Senior Recruitment Manager, Tech. You will lead a team of Senior Tech Recruiters and create and drive our global Tech Talent Acquisition Strategy.
What you'll do
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Recruiters.
- Partner with top leaders across the Tech and Product functions to create and drive a Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Lead global and local Recruiting projects on data usage, process improvements, DEI, rewards, employer branding, and candidate experience.
- Use people data and insights to identify trends, spot challenges, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by supporting initiatives and cultivating inclusive team environments.
- Ensure hiring quality aligned with Adyen's values and company culture.
Who you are
- Minimum of 12 years of Recruitment experience in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization.
- 6+ years of leading teams supporting their growth and helping to remove obstacles.
- Extensive full cycle recruitment experience with a focus on passive candidate attraction in the competitive Tech market.
- Proven experience in leading global Recruiting projects, change management, and global collaboration.
- Proven experience with creating and driving Tech Recruiting strategies.
Total rewards & compensation The annual base salary range for this role is $195,000 - $260,000. Compensation is based on factors including qualifications, experience, and location. Total compensation package includes equity (RSUs), 401(k), health, dental, vision, and more.
In-office expectations This role is based in our San Francisco office. We're an office-first company and expect employees to work in-office at least 3 days a week on average.
