Description
Salesforce is seeking a Tableau Success Architect to provide strategic technical guidance to key customers, helping them maximise value from their Tableau and Salesforce investments.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor, providing architectural guidance and best practice recommendations for Tableau deployments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a trusted technical advisor for strategic customers
- Analysing customer requirements and translating them into clear technical recommendations and solution designs
- Conducting architecture reviews and providing optimisation recommendations
- Supporting post-sales activities and resolving complex software issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and valuable customer experiences
- Building and presenting customised solutions and live product demonstrations
- Managing multiple concurrent customer engagements
Requirements:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent relevant experience
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solution Engineering, Technical Support, or a related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of relational databases, enterprise BI, and web technologies
- Experience troubleshooting mission-critical software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
Preferred skills:
- Project management experience
- Salesforce and/or Tableau certifications
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Tableau
- Familiarity with Python/R, web development, and AI/statistical analysis
