Description
We are seeking a Senior International HNW Manager to join our team in Hong Kong.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strategic alliances with reputable international brokers, developing business development plans, analyzing international HNW market trends, and providing market and product insights to achieve company goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with international brokers and partners
- Developing business development plans to foster sustainable business growth
- Analyzing international HNW market trends and providing insights
- Designing tailored campaigns and sales support to activate and maintain business relationships with HNW segments
- Conducting training on products to various levels of partners
- Managing compliance issues with assigned international brokers or segments
- Conducting annual due diligence on active international brokers
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, focusing on the Global HNW segment and international broker partnerships
- Excellent communication and sales motivation skills
- A customer-service mindset
- Product training skills
This is a full-time position based in Hong Kong.
