Description
As a Senior Executive - Graphic Designer at SWIGGY, you will lead and execute multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. You will create impactful digital and print assets, including websites, social media creatives, email templates, branding, advertisements, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership & Execution: Lead and execute multiple design projects from concept to completion.
- Creative Direction: Shape the visual style and direction for various campaigns and marketing materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand project needs and craft compelling design solutions.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure that all work is polished and on-brand.
- Oversee Junior Designers: Support and guide junior team members through creative inputs and quality checks.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging design tools to keep designs fresh and innovative.
Requirements:
- Proven graphic design experience, preferably with 2-3 years in a design studio, agency, or in-house team.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant software.
- Excellent eye for detail, with a deep understanding of typography, color theory, branding design, and visual composition.
