Customer Assistant

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team in Nairn, Highland. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting colleagues, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide thoughtful, friendly, and helpful service to customers
• Assist with filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers, and selling products
• Use digital tools to enhance customer experience and perform job tasks efficiently
• Organize and move stock, maintain shelf tidiness, and ensure a clean work space
• Develop product knowledge to make helpful recommendations to customers

Contract Details:

• Part-time position with 12 contract hours per week
• Fixed-term assignment until 01/02/2027
• Availability window: Sunday to Tuesday, 12:00-18:00
