Description
CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Commissioning/Quality Manager to ensure projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the project coordination team, overseeing the installation and testing of critical systems such as generators, UPS systems, and cooling systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining safety as a top priority in all construction initiatives
- Collaborating with contractors, trade partners, and vendors as needed
- Serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams during commissioning activities
- Reviewing documentation and implementing commissioning plans
- Coordinating and attending meetings, inspecting field installations, and conducting site visits
- Developing reports for leadership teams and clients on project progress and issues
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in MEP commissioning, preferably in data centers or critical facilities, with a strong understanding of data center systems, BMS/EPMS, and MEP building systems. They should also possess excellent organizational skills, be self-motivated, and able to maintain relationships with contractors, clients, and internal departments.
CoreWeave offers a competitive salary range of $177,000 to $237,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, and a 401(k) with a generous employer match.
