Description
Join NVIDIA's ambitious team in Hong Kong as an Order Management Specialist. This role involves collaborating with sales leaders, regional sales operations teams, business operations, and Product Management to align business and financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales orders from input to completion, ensuring flawless execution.
- Track all received data and source documents, focusing strictly on data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate the order fulfillment process and manage order delinquencies.
- Coordinate with the account team and sales administrator to address and resolve order-related issues.
- Adjust to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and urgent deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Business-related coursework is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient with spreadsheets; SAP experience is a plus.
- Experience in a high-tech business environment is desired.
