Description
We are seeking a Senior Consultant - Project Controls to join our team.
This role involves managing and maintaining project schedules, preparing reports, and analysing data to ensure projects are completed on time.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Program Master Schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Update project schedules and prepare recovery plans as needed
- Review schedules, analyse baseline schedules and updates, monitor delays, and suggest corrective actions
- Support preparation of extension of time and prolongation claims
- Prepare monthly schedule updates and reports
- Monitor progress to ensure adherence to planned schedules and project milestones
- Generate executive summary reports for senior management
- Provide support in project controls, scheduling, earned value management, and claim analysis
- Ensure proactive project planning and risk management
- Identify key milestones and oversee construction schedules
Requirements:
- BEng/BSc (Hon) degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in design and/or construction project planning
- Fully proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Experience working with contractors or project management companies
- Strong English language proficiency and communication skills
- Experience in large-scale desalination projects and combined-cycle power plant projects
- Exposure to projects in the Middle East region
- High proficiency in MS Office applications
