Description
We are seeking a full-time Support Associate to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for supporting customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and phone for the Bulgarian market. You will ensure smooth delivery operations and develop our support function alongside the support team and other teams within Wolt.

Requirements:
- Great communication skills with a personal touch and a customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset
- Fast learner, able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Fluent in Bulgarian and English
- Work directly from the office
