We are seeking a part-time Support Associate to join our team in Košice, Slovakia. As a Support Associate, you will handle incoming live chats and phone calls from customers, venues, and couriers, ensuring smooth delivery operations. You will need great communication skills, a customer-obsessed mindset, and experience in a customer-facing or logistics role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming live chats and phone calls
- Ensure smooth delivery operations
- Provide great customer service with a personal touch
- Be a fast learner, able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Support primarily Slovakia, with occasional shifts for Czechia or other markets
- Work fluently in Slovak and have professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2)

The basic wage component for this part-time student Support Associate role is 7.30€ brutto / hour after probation. The pay range is €6,90-€7,30 EUR.
