We're looking for a strategic, analytical leader to drive the growth and performance of new products on Faire. Ensuring retailers have access to the freshest, most relevant products is critical to building a thriving marketplace, and this role will help shape how we measure and unlock that opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Own the forecasting, business intelligence, and go-to-market strategy for New Product GMV and Out of Stocks, translating complex marketplace dynamics into actionable insights and strategic priorities.
• Develop a deep understanding of business performance and partner closely with Revenue, Product and Data Science teams to develop and execute needle moving go-to-market strategies that drive product availability and growth.
• Lead large cross-functional strategic initiatives that move company metrics in partnership with Product, Sales, Systems, Program Management, Marketing, etc.
• Provide thought partnership to cross functional teammates to ensure the organization is using data thoughtfully and correctly.
• Develop effective and scalable operational processes and fill operational gaps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical and strategic role across analytics, consulting, product, business operations, or finance.
• Advanced technical skill set and strong proficiency in Excel + SQL.
• Strong product and business intuition, with the ability to contextualize how insights fit into broader business goals.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to crisply communicate actionable data-driven insights to all audiences.

Salary Range

The pay range for this role is $197,500 - $271,500 per year.
