Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join their Customer Experience team. The role involves working with customers to solve complex problems, accelerate adoption, and drive real business outcomes with Grafana.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams, direct experience with observability, and best practices for using and deploying an observability stack.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with customers to understand their business needs and distill the information into business and technical requirements
- Designing solutions, including data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture
- Providing high-impact training, jumpstarting engagements, and offering tailored technical consulting
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify recurring issues, monitor support needs, and advocate for product improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams
- Direct experience with observability
- Best practices for using and deploying an observability stack
- Excellent communication skills
- Kubernetes experience
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Compensation & Rewards:
- Base compensation range: 94,000 - 112,830 EUR
