- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, balancing speed and accuracy
- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and adapting to changing situations
- Work flexibly, including weekends and potential full-time hours during peak periods
