Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager at Ajax Systems, you will be responsible for driving business growth in Germany. You will work closely with system integrators, installers, consultants, and end-users to promote Ajax Systems' products and services.
Responsibilities
- Promote Ajax Systems' products and services to system integrators, installers, consultants, and end-users in Germany
- Explore new business opportunities and organise meetings with partners
- Plan and prepare presentations for partners and other interested parties
- Build and maintain relationships with cooperation partners and control rooms
- Communicate product features, benefits, and developments to partners
- Conduct product and trade training in collaboration with partners
- Actively promote the specification of systems containing Ajax Systems' products and solutions
- Collaborate closely with brand product distributors to meet partner requirements
- Support the development of market strategies for Ajax Systems' products and solutions
- Provide feedback to management on current and future product and solution requirements
- Create accurate and timely reports using the company's CRM system
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in electronic security systems (e.g., intrusion, video, access, fire)
- Experience in sales or business development in a vertical B2B market
- Native-level German language skills (written and spoken)
- Results-oriented working style with initiative and responsibility for your results
- Strong negotiation skills: excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person
- Highly motivated with the ability to make things happen
