As an Internal Communications Specialist at Nebius, you'll help employees stay informed, connected, and engaged as the company grows.
You'll coordinate and deliver communications across internal channels, support campaigns and events, and contribute to employee experience and culture initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and delivering internal communications campaigns
- Supporting employee experience and culture initiatives
- Sourcing, developing, and sharing employee stories
- Helping plan and deliver internal events
- Maintaining and updating content across internal communications channels
- Building relationships with stakeholders across the company
- Gathering feedback and reviewing engagement data
- Supporting the effective use of internal communications tools and channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, events, or a related communications role
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience coordinating communications, events, or employee initiatives
- Interest in employee experience and company culture
- Ability to spot and develop compelling stories
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital communications channels and tools
- Confidence building relationships and working collaboratively with stakeholders
