Description
We are seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our team at Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong SAR, China.
You will be responsible for reporting to the Assistant PR & Event Manager, HK & Macau, and contributing to the development and transmission of expertise in an enchanting and creative environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Writing, adapting, proofreading, and curating high-quality bilingual content for internal and external communications
- Coordinating media inquiries, interview requests, photo shoots, and product loan logistics
- Assisting in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key media contacts
- Tracking and monitoring media coverage of the Maison and compiling regular reports
- Coordinating arrangements with external vendors and internal stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Solid experience in Communications, with agency experience being a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, cultural sensitivity, and ability to manage several fast-moving projects
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Chinese
