We are seeking a Customer Consultant to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG in Wittenberg.
As a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for providing demand-oriented advice on our comprehensive range of financial products.
Your tasks will include:
- Providing independent advice to customers on financial products
- Building sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact
- Taking responsibility for customer care in your branch
- Working closely and trustfully with your branch team
- Organising your workday independently and being a competent contact person for customers on financial matters
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds
- A successful commercial education - ideally as a bank clerk - or several years of professional experience, preferably in customer consulting or sales
- Quereinsteiger with a passion for working with people are welcome
- High service competence and resilience in everyday work as well as openness to rapidly changing framework conditions
- High interest in financial topics and economic interrelationships
