We are seeking a Customer Consultant to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG in Waldbröl. As a Customer Consultant, you will provide tailored advice to our customers on a wide range of financial products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide demand-oriented advice to customers on financial products and services
- Build sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact
- Take responsibility for customer care in your branch
- Work closely and trustfully with your branch team
- Organize your workday independently and be a competent contact person for customers on financial matters
Profile:
- Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds
- Successful commercial training - ideally as a bank clerk - or several years of professional experience, preferably in customer consulting or sales
- Lateral entrants with a passion for working with people are welcome
- High service competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing framework conditions
- High interest in financial topics and economic interrelationships
