Description
We are seeking a Senior Human Resource Specialist to join our team in Rialto, CA. The successful candidate will provide technical and administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, administering employment orientation, compensation/benefits, and supporting execution of cyclical processes.
The pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.

As a Senior Human Resource Specialist, you will:
- Provide technical and administrative support to the HR team
- Maintain employee records and administer employment orientation, compensation/benefits
- Support execution of cyclical processes, workers' compensation, payroll, and record keeping
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment regulations and company policy
- Assist with employee questions and escalate concerns to leadership as needed
- Coordinate special projects, including cyclical processes and new initiatives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of administrative experience
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, computer systems (e.g., Excel, Word, O365)
- Strong customer/client service skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work with highly confidential information and make fair and consistent decisions
- Ability to multi-task and be a flexible team player
