Description
We are seeking a part-time Merchandiser to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company in Bolingbrook, Illinois.
As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that Red Bull products are properly displayed and maintained in retail stores. Your tasks will include:
- Rotating and maintaining Red Bull products according to product rotation standards to minimize out-of-code and damaged product concerns
- Ensuring that Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order
- Executing Red Bull merchandising processes and routines
- Evaluating competitors' activities, such as new launches and price reductions, and communicating with the Merchandising Manager or other sales team members
- Building and protecting the Red Bull product portfolio
- Notifying the Account Sales Manager of any dented, damaged, or out-of-code product, out-of-stock items, and Quality Point of Distribution (QPOD) opportunities
- Maintaining professional relationships with retail managers of accounts
You will also collaborate with sales team members to build new programs and sell large displays, and work across the organisation to share best practices.
Requirements:
- A valid US driver's license
- A reliable vehicle for work purposes with minimum insurance coverage
- At least 18 years old
- Experience in merchandising is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English proficiency; additional languages an advantage
