As an HR Business Partner Manager, you will play a key on-site leadership role as a thought partner to aligned business leadership and their teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for building successful relationships with their business partners to execute strategy that will positively impact the Supply Chain Network.
Operating within the Human Resources consulting model, you will have the opportunity to work closely with division HRBPS, HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Shared Services (HRSS), to execute site specific responsibilities including:
- Workforce planning

- Training
- Change management
- Compensation
- Colleague engagement
- Culture
- Enterprise HR initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach at all levels of leadership
- Effective organisation and planning skills as well as proven analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within a Union environment
- Ability to translate business challenges into HR solutions
- Ability to travel up to 10%-15% (including plane travel)

- Coaches and develops leaders to optimise performance
- Efficiently manages multiple and changing HR priorities and trends

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent years of work experience may substitute.
