As a YouTube Development Producer at Red Bull, you will be part of a centralized team of YouTube specialists in Salzburg, Austria. Your role involves shaping and developing content designed to succeed on the platform by combining data, audience insights, and creative thinking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing authentic, high-impact YouTube content that connects with global audiences
- Generating original content concepts and scalable formats with the potential to reach audiences worldwide
- Sharing YouTube best practices across markets through workshops, training sessions, and regular collaboration with creators, athletes, and teams
- Collaborating closely with Red Bull's global network of channels to maximize content performance and audience engagement
Requirements:
- 3+ years of end-to-end YouTube content production experience
- Proven expertise across all stages of content development and production
- Outstanding writing and storytelling skills
- Strong editing capabilities and a solid understanding of video production workflows
- Deep knowledge of YouTube best practices
- Collaborative mindset and fluent English skills
We offer a competitive salary, with a minimum of €2,362 gross per month, and an attractive compensation package based on market-oriented salaries.
