Capital One is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Product Management to lead the Engineering 360 team.
The Engineering 360 team is focused on optimizing Capital One's Card developer experience to automate everything but the creative. As a Senior Director, Product Management, you will own the strategy and execution of the vision for Capital One's Card Business, inspire and lead your team, users, and adjacent teams, and drive a continuous discovery process to optimize for efficiency and quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing the future of a system that ensures applications are well managed while optimizing developers' time towards application development
- Working with leaders across the company to find and take advantage of valuable shared services
- Delving into microservice and cloud-native architecture to decouple business strategy changes from underlying transaction processing logic
- Driving an accelerated continuous discovery process that optimizes user adoption through outcome orientation and empowerment
- Delivering value to the Card business and its customers by accelerating innovation and engineer enablement
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

- McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700
- New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700
- Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800
