Description
We are seeking a Private Banking Advisor to join our team in Bonn, Bad Godesberg, Moltkeplz. As a Private Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial services to private customers.
Your tasks will include:
- Providing advice to customers and selling banking products, such as accounts, credit cards, building savings plans, and deposits
- Conducting needs-based consultations and selling products to meet those needs
- Utilizing standardized consulting processes to identify customer needs and successfully conclude transactions
- Actively addressing customers' digital service needs and conveying the advantages of digital features
- Supporting customers with transactions, service, and administrative activities
Requirements:
- Completed training as a banker or bank clerk
- Sales orientation and good knowledge of private customer products
- Good skills in appointment scheduling and result-oriented consulting
- Sovereign and competent appearance towards customers
- Good sales and communication skills
