Description
We are seeking an Investment Banking Equity Capital Markets Healthcare Analyst to support the origination and execution of equity capital market transactions, focusing on Investment Grade clients across the Healthcare sector.
The successful candidate will have a background in Investment Banking, ideally with direct experience in Equity Capital Markets, and a considerable understanding of equity markets, interest rates, macroeconomics, and corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, financial, and institutional clients to understand their financing needs and objectives.
- Create complex financial models to assess asset, company, or security value and identify suitable capital raising initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful origination, due diligence, and execution of capital market transactions.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with capital markets transactions and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct research, financial data analysis, and provide market insights and investment recommendations.
Requirements:
- Background in Investment Banking, preferably with experience in Equity Capital Markets.
- Understanding of equity markets, interest rates, macroeconomics, and corporate finance.
- Quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market and corporate data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant licensing, including SIE, Series 79, and Series 63.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
This role offers a salary between $110,000 and $135,000.
As an Analyst, you will be part of a client-facing team, requiring good communication skills. The group focuses on originating new transactions and helping companies optimise their capital structures. You will work closely with Investment Banking Coverage and teams across Global Finance to deliver financing and risk-management solutions.
