Description
Salesforce is seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant to own customer engagements end-to-end, from executive business case to rapid design and deployment of automated process solutions on the Agentforce platform.
The successful candidate will advise enterprise leaders, quantify ROI, and map multi-year automation roadmaps. They will bring domain depth in supply chain, ERP, or finance operations processes and roll up their sleeves to build, test, and iterate Blueprints with AI agents and prompting tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as primary strategic advisor to enterprise stakeholders
- Building business cases and defining success criteria
- Owning multi-year roadmaps for process Blueprints and automation
- Presenting to executives and driving decisions
- Leading structured discovery and turning it into solution designs
- Automating business processes end-to-end
- Building hands-on with AI agents and prompting tools
- Identifying integration points with core systems
- Translating strategic goals into clear PRDs and technical acceptance criteria
- Delivering in continuous build loops
- Leading AI-first delivery experiences
- Owning delivery end-to-end through go-live
- Designing and running handoff processes
Requirements include:
- 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Forward Deployed roles, Strategic or Management Consulting, Product Management, Process Automation, or Business Analysis
- Domain depth in supply chain, ERP, or finance operations processes
- Hands-on experience building AI or agent-based automation
- Experience engaging enterprise executives in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record owning engagements from discovery through go-live
- Strong grounding in workflow mapping, process modeling, and change management
- Experience translating business requirements into automated workflows
- Working knowledge of integration patterns and common risks
- Track record of setting success KPIs and baselines
- Executive presence
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform ecosystem
- Track record building or navigating partner ecosystems
- Lean, Six Sigma, or related process improvement certification
- Technical or business degree; MBA a plus
