We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Restructuring & Insolvency team in Frankfurt as Referendare (m/w/d).
Our Restructuring & Insolvency team is a market leader, advising companies, creditors, investors, and insolvency administrators on national and international restructuring and insolvency matters.
As a Referendar, you will work closely with our experienced lawyers, providing support in various areas, including:
- Restructuring of loan agreements
- International solutions and aspects of group insolvency
- Organisational duties in crisis situations
- Litigation support in Germany and worldwide
- Mediation support
- Refinancing and recapitalisation in financial and operational crises
- Distressed M&A
In addition to your studies, you will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as very good English language skills. You will be able to work in a team and demonstrate personality, teamwork, and motivation.
